BAA Exhibit - Carbon County Arts Guild

We would like as many members as possible to exhibit in the Carbon County Show. They plan their exhibit a year or two in advance and we signed up about two years ago to exhibit. They do an excellent job of promoting their artists and so we would also encourage anyone who exhibits to try to attend the reception as a thank you to the guild for hosting us. This is very important for any future exhibits.

(Pollock Sweeps kite Awards)

For those of you who might be new to Billings and BAA, John Pollock has taught Art at MSUB for many many years. He has taught painting, drawing and print making and is still teaching at the college. About 1991 someone talked him into making a kite and flying it in some of the kite events. This has been an experience that he never expected. He has now traveled the world and flown his kites in Australia, China, Italy and many other countries and won many awards. You will enjoy his presentation and see some of his award winning kites. Bring your friends and neighbors.
